Dr Shah set up Dental Solutions in 1993 as a single handed surgery. He has been a principal dentist for over 27 years. The practice has grown into a six surgery practice along with a number of specialities.

Over the years, he has developed a special interest in Orthodontics having completed his diploma in orthodontics in 2010. In addition to this, he is also a foundation dentist trainer with the London Deanery. Currently, he is in his fifteenth year as a trainer.

He is also a member of the Local Dental Committee and has been a part of the clinical governance committee for Redbridge PCT.
